EI Service User Achievements 2014/15

It is always good to celebrate success, particularly when young people have faced the challenges and demands of balancing mental health whilst undertaking studies/employment.

We would like to acknowledge and share the following successes achieved by East Cheshire and Vale Royal service users:

 

COMPLETED SUMMER 2014:

* BTEC Diploma Music Performance – Distinction Merit – Manchester

* Occupational Therapy BSc – 2:1 – Salford. Now in full time employment

* Business Degree – 2:1 – working full time – Manchester. Now in full time employment

* Maths Enhancement Course – Manchester

* Completion of 1st year foundation course in Engineering – South Cheshire College

* Completion of IT Course – South Cheshire College

* Completed Diploma in Country Management – Reaseheath College -Distinction and awarded best student on the programme

* Computer Science Degree Level I – Two distinctions and a pass – Open University

 

COMMENCED SEPTEMBER 2014:

* IT – BTEC Extended Diploma Level 3 – Macclesfield College

* Diploma in Sports (Performance) Level 2 – Reaseheath College

* 2nd year at Manchester Metropolitan University – studying nutritional science

* 1st year London Metropolitan University – Studying Lutherie (guitar making)

*  Introduction to French – Wilmslow – Community setting.

* 1st year Manchester Metropolitan University – Music Production Foundation Degree

* 1st year Foundation Construction course – South Cheshire College

* PGCE: Manchester University – Maths

* PGCE: Manchester Metropolitan University – Maths

* Computer Science Degree Level II- Open University

* Success in gaining a place at university but taking a year out

PGCE: Post Graduate Certificate in Education

 

PRINCE’S TRUST 

5 service users have successfully completed the Price’s Trust 12 week programme during 2014/15.
